Return and refund policy

Customer satisfaction is very important to us. No, really! Find our refund and return policy here.

  • Return your items free of charge within 30 calendar days of receiving them! Please respect these terms in order to be eligible for a refund:
    • The return period starts from the delivery moment in the track & trace data of your original order;
    • Your return must be shipped with track & trace data and the drop-off moment must be within the return period;
    • Communicate your return to us in advance via e-mail to info@singlecards.eu including images of the return item and the order number;
    • Return your items in the condition you have received them in. We will not refund items that we believe have been altered on purpose in any way, shape or form;
    • We will not exchange returned items for other items;
    • Returned graded cards must have the original slab serial number from the listing you purchased in our shop;

We will refund your full order including the shipping cost if you play by our rules. If we believe your are abusing our refund policy, we shall communicate this to you. At all times we reserve the right to cancel any (future) orders if we believe abuse is in play.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of the refund;
  • If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. We strive to refund this within ten (10) work days;

 Late or missing refunds

  • If you haven’t received a refund, please contact customer service of your account holding company first. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.
